Venus has been recognized as "Best Company to Work for" for three consecutive years by the Great Place to Work Institute after a survey among more than 500 Indian Companies
“Science, Innovation, Research, Creativity, knowledge sharing and environment to excel in the individual area of interest is what defines Venus for me.”
With an academic background of pharmacy and business administration, my exciting professional journey started from Venus Remedies Limited 12 years back. Working in Venus gave me an opportunity to learn, grow and experience the world of pharmaceuticals in business development and research project management domain. Love to travel, explore the world and interact with people. My day ends with thanking almighty who gave me the opportunity to work in healthcare and pharmaceutical segment where I can contribute to improving the lives of patients and bringing smiles on their face.
“Venus is a great place to work for and plenty of potentials!!”
After completing Doctor of Philosophy under Biotechnology, I joined Venus Remedies (R&D) in 2016. I have served here for two years and seven months as a Junior Associate Scientist. Venus is and will always be special to me as it helped me to grow as a versatile researcher in a true manner. The support and efforts put by higher dignitaries are overwhelmingly impressive. Anybody can thoroughly enjoy it’s work culture because Venus is always welcoming to new ideas, views, and suggestions. For me, Venus is a bundle of opportunities and learnings which gives your life a meaningful direction and helps to meet a better version of yourself professionally as well as personally.
"At Venus, we believe in breaking the mould, pushing the boundaries, getting out of our comfort zone to be the best versions of ourselves. Becoming a highly skilled workforce is the best contribution we can give to society. I invite all the dreamers, the believers, and even the skeptics to apply because every dream deserves an opportunity to fly."
