Launching of a new or upgraded product at the right time is a key factor of success in any industry. In today’s competitive market, the product lifecycle is becoming shorter while the industry faces pressure from competitors and customers for the upgrade of the product almost every day. The customer is and will always be the king and industries will strive to satisfy or meet the expectation of ever-changing demands of customers. One of the important roles of the Business Development Department is to gain and sustain a customer base. Customer satisfaction is now the basic requirement and taken over by customer delight. There are many companies and suppliers in the market which can offer multiple products to satisfy the unlimited demand of customers but only those players who can take satisfaction to delight will lead the way.

Last year Business Development Department launched important SKUs of Trois and Septic brand. These two products are research and patented products with well-established recognition in pain management and wound management segment respectively. So, it was imperative to develop and launch new SKUs for these brands with an aim to expand the customer base and also market penetration in untapped regions.

Trois was launched in Gel and Spray format and Septic was launched in Ointment format. Business Development Department will always strive to enhance the customer base while sustaining their loyalty and satisfaction.
